  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional costs apply).

  • Local Pickup: Customers based in Emalahleni can arrange to pick up their orders at our office by prior appointment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding R1,500 within South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our trusted courier partner's website.

6. Issues with Shipping

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you are fully informed throughout the process.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will notify you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

At LM Trading, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns & Exchange Policy has been designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. Please review the guidelines below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
•    Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
•    Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
•    For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a resolution.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We regret that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
•    Software and digital products once activated or downloaded.
•    Clearance items and products marked "Final Sale."
•    Items with visible signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.

3.    Refunds
o    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
o    Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Exchange Process
•    If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or variant, the replacement will be dispatched once the original product is received and inspected.
•    Any price difference between the exchanged items will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
•    Notify us immediately via telephone or email with details and, if possible, photos of the damage.
•    We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
6. Shipping Costs
•    For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than defects or errors on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
•    If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent, LM Trading will cover the shipping costs.
